Description of the problem	In december 2019 i was on the expressway and the traffic was bumper to bumper. I was driving behind a lady and when she stopped i went to put my feet on the brakes and the brakes went to the floor and my car hit her. I had my car repaired of course and paid my deductible. My car was driving pretty regular after being repaired. Then in august 2020 the same thing happened again. I was driving to get on the expressway and as i was entering the expressway as i begin to stop because a car was in front of me and my brakes went to the floor again and i hit the driver in front of me. I am a good driver having driven a mail truck on my job for years and i never hit anyone before in my life while driving any vehicle. I just want to report mu vehicle issue. Thank you very much.
